Ellen Hermens is an expert for communication in authentic public speaking and delivers training courses to international audiences. As coach she is used to work with executives.
Ellen Hermens received her license as NLP trainer from Richard Bandler personally (NLP Society ™). She has a broad range of practical experiences to draw upon.

Ellen Hermens worked for many years with speakers providing feedback how to improve. She responds to each client individuall and decedlops together with the client the matching speaking style which fits him or her like a tailor-made suit.
Additionally she delivers herself speeches regularly as top speaker on conferences and congresses.

Ellen Hermens loves to work individually with small groups to tune in on each attendee. Larger audiences she inspires with lively and motivating speeches. She is a role model for her clients.

Currently Ellen Hermens is the elected managing director of the European Toastmasters (title: “District Governor 2009/2010” of District 59, Continental European Toastmasters). She is an active member of the European executive commitee for many years. Ellen Hermens achieved the highest award Toastmasters International has to give: She is "Distinguished Toastmaster".

Ellen Hermens is experienced in the work with executives and sales people. She was 2005-2008 a director for one of the largest network organizations: BNI - Business Network International. She trained and coached executives and entrepreneurs from all branches how to present effectively and to network.

Ellen Hermens was born 1969 and completed her first education degree similar to a master in computer science (Diplom Informatiker). During the years as employee she developed her analytical and structuring skills.

Ellen Hermens is skilled in consulting key accounts in the international B2B area. Her clients were among the banking, insuring sector etc. She was a driver for innovative success in increasing the customer satisfaction and to build effective structures. In which projects she received awards and recognition for her work.
Additionally Ellen Hermens attended educational courses to increase her commnication skills with NLP.

With the start of her self-employment in 2003 she increased her education in public speaking. Ellen Hermens moderated uncountable meetings and supports actively Toastmasters International for years. Toastmasters is a NPO with the mission to make effective oral communication a worldwide reality.
