Ellen Hermens´ philosophy

...because being yourself is best! - Be truly authentic!

Ellen Hermens thinks your authenticity in presenting speeches is what´s most important. She says:

"Every now and then I hear from a customer that they had been patronized or have suffered a snub in a rhetoric seminar. They had been angry and tried to take anything away.

I take care that my clients are treated worthily - not only by me but also among each other. I phrase my feedback in a way which everybody can accept. Instead of purely negative criticism I offer constructive tips for improvement.

I foster strengths as I see the Pareto´s law effective in this area too. When you work with 80% on your weaknesses you will only achieve mediocrity results. But when you invest 80% of oyur energy on your strengths where you already are extraordinary then think what you can achieve. In that case the rest of 20% is simply to take care none of your weaknesses does not interfere with your extraordinary strengths.

I feel that it is important that attendants of my rhetoric seminars and coachings come out with more strength and self-confidence - not only because they are better speakers.

Now:

...because being yourself is best! - Be truly authentic!
