Ellen Hermens is an expert on authenticity in presentations, a licensed NLP trainer and for years active as professional speaker. She delivers regularly speeches on conferences and moderates at intrenational congresses. As she is herself a t leader she focuses in her speeches on goals and addresses specifically the needs of her audience.

Currently Ellen Hermens is the elected managing director of the European Toastmasters (title: “District Governor 2009/2010” of District 59, Continental European Toastmasters), after being active in the European executive board for many years. She achieved the highest award from Toastmasters: She is "Distinguished Toastmaster" for her outstnding accomplishments and leadership excellence.

In the years 2005-2008 Ellen Hermens was director for one of the largest Networking organization BNI - Business Network International. In that position she delivered speeches regularly and motivated business owners and entrepreneurs from a variety of branches to preform at their best.

Ellen Hermens was born in 1969 in Germany and finished her studies with the bachelor in computer science (Diplom-Informatikerin). Already during her work as employee she focused on the sustainability of changes. In this time she developed her analytic and structuring skills as well as she optimized her communication and public speaking skills. From this work as emplyoee she knows the other side of the coin of good or mediocre leadership.

As she was always curious and willing to improve she worked actively in projects to improve the employee situation and customer satisfaction. She achieved several awards and commendations.

Focusing on sustainability of improvement Ellen Hermens attended regularly courses: NLP Practitioner, NLP Master (2x) and finally the NLP Trainer.

With the start of her own business in 2003 she developed extensively her public speaking skills. Ever since Ellen Hermens enjoyed to moderate uncountable meetings and supports actively Toastmasters International. Toastmasters is an NPO with the mission to make effective oral communication a worldwide reality.

Ellen Hermens inspires her audiences to look beyond their own nose and to think laterally. She loves changes which improve personal life and work and bring long-lasting benefits.

Ellen Hermens attends regularly seminars and workshops to improve. She received her NLP trainer license from Richard Bandler personally.

Each year she visits and delivers speeches on congresses, conferences to optimize her skills and her public speaking.
